The 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe roared away with officers in pursuit, but shortly
after the suspect made a right turn, operators at General Motors Co.'s OnStar
service sent a command that electronically disabled the gas pedal and the SUV
gradually came to a halt.
The flustered thief got out and ran, but was quickly nabbed after he climbed
several fences and fell into a backyard swimming pool, police said.

When President Obama was informed of this he immediately ordered all
automobile registration offices to record Party affiliation when registering
cars. When told the Federal Obama Government had no authority to dictate to
State DMVs he replied "and the States have no authority to require the Federal
Obama Government to maintain highways and bridges in their State either, do they" And Rahm
said "What about Texas? They won't bend. And the Great O replied "Who needs
Texas. If Texas drops out we still have 56 left, don't we?"
